And if you’re worried you weren’t clear about something, I am always here to go over the work order in detail with you anytime. And I will of course contact you if I feel something is off.
Best of all, because I am there from the beginning to the end of a project, I can help keep track of details too. I wouldn’t consider it heroic, but even little details are important when you work with Cozy Giraffe. Just having notes about which pillows go where simplifies delivery. It was a lot to keep track of, but the designer was definitely happy she didn’t have to remember at install.

A small workroom will have the same person working on all the parts of your job which means the fabric will be treated consistently. That results in a consistent end-product.

When you communicate with Cozy Giraffe, be it by phone, text, or email; you are talking with the person who is directly involved in the fabrication of your job. If you are unsure of how to word something, we will work together to make sure we are on the same page and you can rest assured that there will not be any information lost in translation between our conversation and fabrication.
